He held true to his quote, and even provided a discount for scheduling with him that week. He showed up when he promised. He walked the whole job with me to answer questions and address my concerns. He was thorough and cleaned up any mess he might have made. He even went the extra mile to bring in our garbage cans from the street to our backyard when he was done. This weekend it rained hard and one downspout was partially clogged. He came within a day to resolve the issue. He even provided a video to show how his work opened the clog completely. I was really happy with A4 Cleaning and Stephen who came to do the work. I knew I had stuff on my roof, but it's a 2 story and there is no way I'm going up that high to clean the roof and gutter. He was super responsive, gave a great rate, and communicated well to set up the appointment. He showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently and made sure to clean up around the house as well.

Plus, I learned he does so many other things! Can't wait to get his help with clearing some overgrowth.

Excellent service with a fair price! We used A4 to clean gutters on ten of our buildings. The work was completed perfectly and the price was fair. We have our gutters cleaned twice per year and I don't see any reason why we would deviate from A4.

I had issues with a few downspouts last year when I tried to clean the Gutter system out, so I submitted a request for Gutter services. A4 and several others responded to my request. Stephen had the best availability and price, so I went with him based on his availability.

He arrived within the suggested time frame and got to work after I provided notes on the current system. He was very efficient. He cleaned the gutters and made sure my downspouts were working properly.

I would gladly recommend him to anyone who asks for a Gutter Cleaning Service!

Truly one of my best experiences on Yelp! The only negative I can say is about myself taking so long to leave this review! Right after my amazing experience last year I was hospitalized with medical complications and didn't think again about it until...well, gutter cleaning time again! I came here to schedule something and saw I hadn't left a review, and if there was ever a review to be done this is it.

Professional, kind, courteous, respectful, compassionate, inspirational even. There are more adjectives to describe how I felt after this experience. If that isn't enough, I will add one more: great value. Excellent, competitive prices for such great service. I originally looked into another company, but utilized the yelp feature to ask for quotes from competitors, and i am so glad i did or i wouldn't have found this company. This is one of the best features on yelp.

Overall, this is one of my all time favorite yelp experiences- and I have been using yelp a long time.
